Important Instructions:
- Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of admit card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.anyone found with a fake admit card will be handed over to civil police
- Recruitment into the army is free service candidates are advised not to pay a bribe to anyone for recruitment as it is based purely on merit selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent, therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage
- Giving /taking bribe production of bogus/fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal offense and liable for punishment under the law
- Candidates are advised to check their age and education criteria before participating in the rally candidates found under age/overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified
- Certificates with overwriting tampering with seals or erasing/alteration of any type will not be accepted
- All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into the army strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents even after recruitment the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents or given wrong information at the time of recruitment despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered
- No compensation for death/injury/loss etc during the rally and no traveling allowance/dearness allowance for journey is admissible candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary the signing of indemnity bond is a mandatory requirement
- Character certificate with our photo attested by the certificate issuing authority will be rejected
- Candidates to come for the rally only on the date as per admit card candidates should bring a pen, Handkerchief
Terms and conditions:
Enrolment:
- Candidates will be enrolled under Army Act 1950 for a service duration of four 4 years including the training period
- Agniveers so enrolled will be subject to Army Act, 1950 and will be liable to go wherever ordered by land sea, or air
- Agniveers enrolled under the scheme will not be eligible for any kind of pension or gratuity
Service:
- Service of magnifiers will commence from the date of enrolment
- Agniveer would form a distinct rank in the IA different from any other existing ranks
- ‘Leve, Uniform, Pay & Allowances during the service period of four years will be governed by orders and instructions in respect of such individuals issued by the government of India (Gol) from time to time
- Agniveers will be liable to be assigned any duty in organizational interest, as decided from time to time
- Personnel enrolled through the giver’s scheme will be required to undergo periodical medical check-ups and physical/written/field tests as governed by orders issued the performance so demonstrated would be considered for a subsequent offer for enrolment in the regular cadre
- Agnivees can be posted to any regiment/unit and can be further transferred in organizational interest
