Tenure of appointment and important conditions:
- The selected candidates appointed at Urban Primary Health centers (UPHCs)
- The selected candidates for UPHCs and UAAMs shall give 2 months prior notice for resignation/discontinuation of service if a notice period is not given the individual service period will not be calculated and it will be considered as a case of removal from service
- The mission Di rector NHM reserves all the rights to terminate the contract services of any candidates/candidates at any time with one month’s notice or as per directions of the government from time to time
- Selection candidates should stay at the bonafide headquarters compulsorily
- If selected and appointed candidates should abide by the government rules in force regularly from time to time
Important Information to Candidates:
- The decision of the department regarding acceptance or rejection of the candidature conduct of counseling and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidates shall be f final in all respects and binding on all concerned under the powers vested with
- The department also reserves its right and modify regarding time and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting various stages up to selection duly intimating the details thereof to all concerned as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process
