The selection process for Civil Assistant Surgeon jobs
Selection mode:
- 75% mars will be allocated against marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e. aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination
- In certain foreign universities degrees are shown as academic hours/amount of hours/ECIS ranks /national grades./study hours/ credits/grade points GPA/pass in such cases where marks are not clearly shown the grade C with 50% as maximum marks will be awarded
- Makers awarded for languages shall not be considered for weightage of aggregate marks
- Weightage up to 15% marks will be given to civil assistant surgeons working on a contract/outsourcing basis with the condition as shown at “B”
- Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 marks per each competed for years after completion of internship along with requisite qualification
Instructions to candidates:
- The candidate must note that his/her selection for counseling is strictly provisional te more fact that calling for counseling does not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the department or that the entries made by the candidates in his/her application have been accepted by the department as the and correct
- The candidates doing PG are advised not to apply for permission will not be given to continue their PG course under any circumstances if selected
- The above appointments are purely temporary and likely to be regulated as per the rules
- Candidates are selected and posted to American institutions as per the requirements of the department
- They should stay at the headquarters compulsorily
- Selected candidates shall be liable to serve in any part of Andhra Pradesh if selected he/she should join in the place where he/she posted within the stipulated time failing which the selection stands canceled
- Selected and appointed candidates are barred from doing private practice selected candidates shall be liable to serve in any part of Andhra Pradesh
- The application submitted without the required certificates and incomplete application will be rejected summarily
- Contact service certificates will not be accepted/considered after the due date of the notification
- Maximum weightage for government service rendered on contract/outsourcing/honorarium basis on tribal/urban areas inclusion Covid – 19 duties is 15%
- The above Covid 19 weight shall be applicable only to the persons who have been formally appointed by a competent authority authorized under the relevant covid orders/GOs ad are appointed by a district collector or any other competent authority based on orders issued by the government from time to time and certified by the controlling officers (DMHO/ DCHS/Superintendent of GGH) to that effect as per circulars
- EWS (Economically weaker sections) certificate issued by the competent authority in case of the EWS category in prescribed proforma
- Certificate of disability issued in SADAREM
- Valid service certificate in case of candidates claiming Ex-service men reservation/age relaxation
