Selection process:

1. The method of selection shall include Phase I Objective type online test and Phase II Physical Test as detailed under
2. Depending upon the number of online applications the objective type test shall be held at various test centers in Kerala or at Kochi as decided by CSL the applicants have the option t choose test centers in Kerala for the online test
3. Mark list shall be prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the Phase I objective type online test
4. Candidates who are meeting notified eligibility requirements and scored minimum prescribed pass marks and above in the objective test shall be short-listed for Phase II selection subject to certification 
5. Further to the certificates verification 
6. Only those candidates who successfully complete the certificates certification shall be shortlisted to attend Phase II
7. The rank list shall be prepared based on the marks secured by the candidates meeting the notified eligibility requirement and who pass objective type online test and Physical test in case the same marks are secured by more than one candidate
8. Depending upon the number of online applications received CSL reserves the right to scrutinize applications and prepare shortlist candidates based on meeting eligibility requirements 

General:

1. Applicants are advised to make sure that they are meeting the eligibility requirement as per the vacancy notification for the seats before submitting the applications
2. CSL reserves the right to call for any additional documentary evidence from the candidate in support of educational qualification / other notified eligibility requirements as indicated in their online application and information 
3. Original certificates of the shortlisted candidates shall be verified at the time of joining or at any other stage as decided by SCL candidature is purely provisional and subject to verification of original certificates 
4. No correspondence regarding the rejection of the application in case of eligibility shall be entertained 
5. No TA//DA shall not be the candidate for attending the selection
6. Mere submission of application and issue of call letter shall not confer any right to the applicant of the acceptance of candidature or cannot be construed as an acknowledgment of fulfilling the eligibility criterion or does not constitute an offer of appointment and will not entitle the applicant to any claim for employment in CSL
7. CSL is not liable for another appointment during or after the completion of two years of training
8. The candidates shortlisted for appointment should undergo a medical examination in the hospital as prescribed by CSL the reports of such medical examination may be examed by the medical officer of CSL and the appointment of the candidates is subject to certification of medical fitness
9. CSL shall not bear any liability on account of salary leave salary/ gratuity/pension contribution etc, if any of previous employment
10. The number of seats indicated in this notification is based on existing requirements and shall vary depending on the future requirement and the  vacancies that may arise during the validity period of the rank list shall be filled up from that rank list at the discretion of the CSL
11. Notwithstanding the above or any other condition CSL reserves the right not to fill up the vacancies notified further the filling up of the notified vacancies shall be subject to the suitability of candidates in the rank list
12. Submission of an application shall be considered as unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of this vacancy notification by the applicant
13. All documents related to this selection shall be preserved for a period of two years from the date of publication of the results
14. Any legal proceedings in respect of any claim or disputes arising out of this advertisement and or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in the courts
