Other Terms and conditions:

1. The date of walk-in-interview is the cutoff date for all-purpose including age, qualification, and experience
2. Reservation and age relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH/EWS candidates will be as per government of India norms
3. The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and the mere  possession of the same does not entitle candidates to interview
4. candidates desirous to appear for an interview for more than one category must submit separate applications candidates applying for multiple categories will be interviewed only once and the selection committee will decide about the category to which he/she could be accommodated the decision of the committee in this regard would be final 
5. Candidates working in government / public sector undertaking /automounted bodies must produce a Nop objection certificate from their employer at the time of walk-in Riverview
6. The requisite experience should post minimum academic qualification however wherever a doctorate is not the essential qualification  a completed doctorate degree including the period if any spray as JRF/SRF will be counted as three years of experience 
7. Candidates who have obtained a doctoral degree while in the device will not get any additional  weightage for the doctorate
8. The selected candidates ate liable to serve anywhere in India work on 24/7 shift duties and participate in scientific cruises onboard ships as per the requirement of the organization
9. No Travelling allowance will be paid for attending the walk-in-interview
10. Director, INC reserves the right to cancel the walk-in interview at any stage without assigning any reason thereof or varying the number to be filled under each category
11. Production of the original certificates/ testimonials in support of age, educational qualification, experience, and reservation at the time of walk-in-interview is a musty appointment order or payslips will not ve considered as proof of experience 
12. Discrepancies in the certificates non-production of the duly completed application form or the original certificates and no objection certificate from the present employer a the time of interview will attract rejection of candidature
13. Candidates will have no claim for regular/permanent positions at any time during or after the period of engagement 
14. The consolidated monthly emoluments (c.m.e) specified are approximate will be displayed only on the INCOIS wedsite
15. The candidates must report at INCOIS, Hyderabad as per the schedule given above with the duly filled-in signed application form (in the prescribed format as given in Annexure) along with self-attested copies of the candidate in support of age, educational qualifications, experience, reservation, no objection certificate, and photographs. if the certificate is in a language other than English or Hindi, the attested translation should be enclosed
16. Canvassing in any form and/or bringing any influence, political or otherwise will be treated as disqualification No. interim correspondence/ inquiry will be entertained
