Selection process:
The eligible candidates with duly filled-up Application forms should report at the designated recruitment center on the dates mentioned the candidates who report at the designated recruitment centers on the given date and time will be put through the selection process consisting of the following stages
General Instructions for Candidates:
- If the candidates are found to indulge at any stage in any of the malpractices listed below during the conduct of recruitment or thereafter their candidature for this recruitment will be cancelled
- All candidates who have been called for PET, PST will bring a clear and legible printout of the duly filled application form for the purpose of registration they will not be permitted to participate in the recruitment venue the print will be retained by ITBP Staff for office use
- Candidates are to ensure to keep a sufficient number of same passport-size photos used by them in filling the application form the candidates are also advised to bring the same passport-size photo submitted with the application form at all stages of recruitment
- Government servants should submit original “No objection certificates” from their employer at the time of documentation else their candidature will be rejected
- Verification of original documents will be conducted before a detailed medical examination therefore candidates are advised to confirm their eligibility in all respects to avoid any disappointment at a later stage
- Admit cards to the eligible candidates will be issued by mentioning the date and venue candidates are required to appear for recruitment on the date and time given in the admit card candidates will also be contacted through e-mail or SMS on their registered
- ITBP shall not be responsible for any damage/ injury to the individual sustained during the course of the recruitment process
- Candidates are advised to be aware of touts or not to fall prey to unscrupulous elements recruitment in ITBP is totally transparent fair and purely on the basis of performance
- Candidates shall be required to serve in the force for a minimum period of 1- a year if any person after joining the service wants to resign from the service before the expiry of 10 years he/she is required to refund a sum equal to three months
- Selected candidates shall have to undergo basic training and such other courses as prescribed in the force from time to time
- Incomplete application will be summarily rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained
