Terms and Conditions:
- The contractual engagement will be provisionally for a period of three years the renewal of the contract will be subject to annual performance
- The engagement is subject to satisfactory verification of certificates testimonials and personal particulars/credentials of the selected candidates SMPK reserves the right to get a background check
- After the engagement if antecedent certification reveals any discrepancy in the statements made in the applications in the bio-data with SMPK or in the declarations
- When the period of the contract is 3 years other contract officers/employees will be required to furnish a bond to serve SMPK for at least one year
- The candidates may avail of the facility of SMPK accommodation on pay meant of license fee rent as applicable in such case the candidates will be required to furnish an advance security deposit
- The office of the selected candidates will normally be at the engineering superintendent’s office
- The candidates will normally be required to work as per practice followed in his/her place of posting for work on weekly off day
- The selected candidates will be required to use the SMPK provided
- The selection candidates will be prohibited from using or sharing information not publicly disclosed which he/she may obtain
