Post-graduation (M.Sc/M.Tech) in science from a recognized university with 4 years /5 years of bachelor’s degree and 2 years masters degree or Master’s degree in life/basic science with 3 years bachelor’s and 2 years master degree having qualified any one of the national level examinations conducted b central government departments and their agencies and institutions such Specialization in (agricultural science/biotechnology/ life science/microbiology/Biochemistry/ Physiology/Genetics and plant breeding/Bioinformatics) Desirable qualification: Research experience in genome editing and plant molecular biology |
- The written test cum interview for the above position will be conducted in person at ICAR-SBI
- The candidates should bring bio-data(in prescribed proforma) of entire original certificates from SSLC onwards one set of photocopies of certificates
- The candidates should hold degree certificates (at least provisional certificates) in original Graduation/post-graduation/ professional courses
- No objection certificates from an employee in case he/she is employed elsewhere
- No TA/DA will be paid to any candidates to attend the written test
- The above position is purely on a temporary basis and is coterminous with the project
- There is no provision of re-employment after termination or project the selected candidates will not have any right for claiming pay scale or absorption against any regular post being vacant on a later date at this institute
- The selected candidates will be working on a whole time basis and will not be allowed to register himself/herself for any academic program
- The candidates appearing for the written test cum interview should follow social distancing inside the campus till the written test procedure gets complete
- The candidates should wear masks till the completion of the written test procedure
- The written test cum interview will be conducted by strictly following
- Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to cancellation of candidature or termination
- All eligible candidates are required to be present 60 minutes before reporting time on the date of the written test cum interview for necessary formalities and verification of documents
- Selected candidates will be required to produce all original documents and certificates at the time of joining for verification on purposed
- The selected candidates will be required to produce a medical certificate at the time of joining
- The decision of the director ICAR SBI Coimbatore will be final and binding on all aspects the director shall also reserve the right to terminate the contract of the job as mentioned above
- In case of any dispute, it will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Coimbatore court only
