- The contract will be renewed if the regular employee extends their leave period and if the regular employee curtails the leave period the contract will be terminated as per the clauses in the contract
- In case if an increase in vacancies the candidates on the waiting list will be considered for the post and no fresh advertisement will be called
- In case of the candidates discontinues work after the appointment then the next candidates on the waiting list may be given the opportunity
- Soliciting or canvassing in any form or influencing in any manner by a candidate shall disqualify the candidate and the decision of the department
