B.Sc nursing/post basic B.Sc nursing from recognized institution /college minimum 3 years clinical experience in labor room setup /MCH ward or M.Sc Nursing (Obs.& Gyn/Pediatrics) with 2 years of clinical experience in labor room setup /MCH ward 3. Registered as a nurse and midwife for UP nurse midwives council and have a valid certificate 4. less than 40 years of age as on date o.e. 1th July 2022

Note:

Relevant required documents should be off on or before the last date of online submission of the application
Candidates belonging to OBC (NGL) and EWS category and claim benefit of the same must upload the approved form competent authority not older than 1-4-2022 and/or must be obtained on or before the last date of online portal and the same shall be produced at the time of selection process
OBC candidates of the non-creamy layer are only entitled to reservation under the OBC category
Details instructions available on the NHM website may be referred to at the time of applying for an online application
Candidates in their own interest are advised not to wait till the last date & time and register their application well within the stipulated time period NHM shall not be held responsible if the candidate is not able to submit their application due to last minute rush

Selecrin process & criteria:

before applying c candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria admission to the selection process will be purely provisional candidates will be subject to verification of details/documents when the candidate’s reports for the selection process if shortlisted as per the scoring matrix as decided by UP NHM

Candidates have required to appear in the selection process if shortlisted as per the scoring matrix ads decided by UP, NHM at their own expense waist will be prepared in the ratio of 1.3 (3 candidates against 1 vacancy in respective category)

Important Instructions:

Candidates of Uttar Pradesh state who are claiming reservation in their category (OBC) (NCL) SC, ST, PWD, And EWS) must submit the caste/requested certificates in the prescribed format issued by competent authority same uploaded with the online application shall be produced at the time of comment verification candidates have domical of another state shall be trusted under the Unreserved category

Incompleted details in the application submitted without a photograph along with signature/supporting documents shall be rejected
Candidates are required to provide all the mandatory information (Marked with (asterisk) sign) in the application form
candidates must ensure that all the details are correctly filled and successfully submitted online before the closing date applicants should ensure that the applicant states on the application form are ” submitted successfully ” Half-filed applications shall not be entertained once the online form is submitted
If a candidate submits more than one application form his/her latest application form shall be treated as final for the selection process no communication shall be sent in this regard
No TA/DA will be paid to the eligible candidate for appearing in the selection process
Results will be prepared based on merit after successful completion of the selection process no further documents shall be admitted or entered after DVP
District allocation will be based on merit and preference of the location filled by the candidates
NHT UP reserves the right to cancel any or all positions at any stage of the recruitment process vacancies may vary in number and category at any stage during the recruitment process
A waitlist shall be generated in the ratio of 1.3 among the eligible candidates
Candidates do not have the right for being posted at any specific district allocation candidates shall be at the sole discretion of the NHM UP
Reservation and relaxations reservations and relaxations for SC/St.OBC (Non-creamy layer) /PwD (percentage of disability – 40% or above ) candidate will be provided as per guidelines of giving. of UP for the purpose, the reservation for PwD is on a horizontal basis
All relevant required documents should be on or before the last date of online submission of application for example OBC,(NCL) caster certificated/EWS certificate should be valid and furnished on or b before the last date of online submission of application

No request for transfer shall be entrained to another district health society district in any circumstances
Candidates who are currently working in any government organization/ NHM should submit the no object certificate duly signed by the competent authority in the format given in Annexure-III
