M.Phli/Ph.D in Psychiatric social work, MSW (Meduca ad Psychiatric social work)

or 

post-graduation in counseling psychology or equivalent with 2 years of clinical experience 

Assisting the investigator team on project implementation and conducting key activities related to

1. Conducting psychosocial palliative care assessment and delivering psychosocial support services to the identified participants
2. Setting up psychosocial assessment protocols and contrive to standardize disease-specific guidelines for NPC 
3. Project data management
4. Conducting support group sessions for patients and families 

B. ASLP (Bachelors in Audiology and speech-language pathology) 

Desirable qualification:

1. Did internship in a neuro-based setup
2. Additional training in Dysphagia 

Assisting the investigator team on project implementation and conducting key activities related to

conduction of palliative care speech-language, communication, and dysphagia -assessment as well as delivering services to the identified participants 

conducting audiological screening /tests whenever needed

Setting up assessment protocols and contributing to standardizing disease specie guidelines for NPC 

MOT / BOT

Desirable qualifications:

3 years of experience in neurology / neurological rehabilitation in a multispecialty hospital 

Assisting the investigator team on project implementation and conducting key activities related to

1. Customized treatment programs to improve the client’s ability to perform daily activities
2. Comprehensive home and job-site evaluations with adaptation recommendations
3. performance skills assessments and treatment
4. adaptive equipment recommendations and usage training
5. guidance to family members and caregivers through home visits home modification caregiver training, ad assistive technology design
6. Conduct reorganization of lifestyle programs elderly people reorganized their roles and activities by entering into man full activities within health and daily routines 

BSc Nursing 

Desirable qualification:

1. Msc nursing 

2. additional training in Neurology, Oncology nursing, or palliative care setting is desirable 

Assisting the investigator team on project implementation and conducting key activities related to

1. conducting psychosocial palliative care assessment and delivering services to the identified participants
2. Setting up nursing assessment protocols and contributing to standardizing disease-specific guidelines for NPC 

MSW (Medical and psychiatric social work) post-graduation in counseling psychology or equivalent

Exposure to  / training in a palliative care setting 

Assisting the investigator team on project implementation and conducting key activities related to

1. conducting psychosocial palliative care assessment and delivering psychosocial support services to the identified participants and data entry 
2. Home-based palliative care
3. Agencies networking 
4. Follow up with patients and caregivers
