- The applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the posts applied for they must be fulfilling eligibility criteria on the closing date of online applications and should have completed the duration of experience as given in recruitment rules on or before the cut-off date in those cases where one passes the exam or completes duration of experience after this date, their candidature will stand canceled

- All India Institute of Medical Sciences Pata is an autonomous body established under an act of parliament
- Service under the AIIMS Patna is governed by the act and the rules and regulations framed there under
- The period of probation for all faculty posts will be two years
- The posts are the whole time and private practice of any kind is prohibited
- The employees of AIIMS Patna will be governed by a new pension scheme as per the provision
- The process of selection is an interview conducted by the standing selection committee SSC of the institute however if there are more candidates applicants for each category maximum of five candidates for one post will be shortlsited for the interview
- Applicants must possess the essential qualifications and experience up to the cut-off date specified for online submission of applications their candidature will be canceled at any stage if it is found that their education
- An incomplete application will be summarily rejected and communication in this regard will not be entertained
- The period of experience shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed educational qualification
- Every effort will be made to provide residential accommodation to the faculty appointed at AIIMD Patna subject to availability in view of the paucity of residential accommodation on the campus it may not be possible to provide accommodation
- Canvassing of any kind is strictly prohibited and if anyone is found canvassing his/her candidature will be rejected
- The candidates should not have been convicted by any court of law
- AIIMD Patna reserves the right to increase /decrease or withdraw any number of vacancies
