Selection process;’
The selection process shall consist of scrutiny of applications and personal interviews of shortlisted candidates application of candidates shall be scrutinized based on the job specification is given and the details of experience to be given by candidates
The manager reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria and/or to conduct a screening test to restrict the number of candidates to be called for personal interviews if so required management also serves the right to conduct multiple rounds of interviews prior to final interview by the corporate selection committee for the selection of candidates
The decision of the power grid regarding scrutiny of application and shortlisting shall be final and binding
Shortlisted candidates will have to qualify in the final interview to be adjudged suitable for empanelment for an appointment the merit will be drawn purely on the basis of performance in the interview
The qualifying marks in the final interview shall be as given below

- The primary email id entered by the candidates is the login id and the unique registration number generated is the password for logging in to the power grid online application system
- no hard copy of the application is required to be sent to any address by post
- Incomplete applications/applications without application fees (if applicable) will be rejected
- Candidates will have to correctly declare their name and date of birth as mentioned in their birth certificate or class Xth mark sheet/certificates, candidates will have to declare their category correctly and must be in a position to submit a relevant certificate in the prescribed format as and when asked
- Candidates must correctly enter the qualification details including the date of acquiring qualification as mentioned in their certificates
- Candidates should submit only a single application and the application once submitted can’t be altered a valid e-mal id is essential for submission of the online application power grid will not be responsible for bouncing any e-mail or delivery of any e-mail to the junk mail folder of candidates

- Essential qualifications should be recognized in India and form a recognized institution or university

- In the case of qualification acquired from a foreign institute/university the same may be treated at par with qualifications offered by Indian institutes/universities provided the candidates are able to produce an equivalency certificate for such qualification from the competent authority

- All computation of age, qualification, experience, certificate, etc, shall be as on 19.July.2022. date of issuance of final marks sheet shall be taken as the date of acquiring qualification teaching experience /trainee period/ pre-qualification experience will not be counted as experience
