Educational Qualification

1. Passed school Final or equivalent examination

2. Must have obtained three years diploma in electrical engineering from a recognized technical institution and 

3. Must be in possession of electrical supervisor certificates of competency in parts 1,2 and 11 issued by directors of the electricity govt of West Bengal

Experience:

Must have 3 years experience in an electrical engineering organization of repute as a supervisor and must have experience in construction and maintenance of domestic and initial wiring electrical equipment overhead and underground distribution system workshop practice electronics circuits and control system or experience in refrigeration and air conditioning lifts etc.

The candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria and agreeable to the terms and conditions are given below for the posts of junior engineering grade – I (Electrical ) (on contract) may send their application (in hard copies) as per the attached format under annexure I along with canned copies of relevant documents applicants must furnish details bio data including name fathers name, date of birth, permanent address with P.S address of the communication 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The contractual engagement will be provisional for a period of three years subject to an annual performance review of the candidates after completion of each calendar year of service or as per clause -23 of the terms and conditions on expiry of three years contract SMPK reserves the right to enter into any fresh contract for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties
  2. The engagement is subject to satisfactory  verification for  certificates testimonials and personal particulars /credentials of the selected candidates SMPK reserves the right to get a background check 
  3. After the engagement for such antecedent, verification reveals any discrepancy in the statements made in the application or in the bio-data with SMPK or in the declarations made by the selected candidates his /her engagement is liable to be termianted forthwith without any notice or compensation
  4. The candidates will  be required to work full time on all working days of the places of posting they may be required to work in shifts for work on any weekly off day /declared national holiday in exigency the candidates will be  granted a compensatory day of rest conveniently n le thereof and the candidates will not be entitled to any other compensation monitory or otherwise for the same they will get one day weekly off
  5. The selected candidates will be required to use the SMPK-provided email id and internet for SMPK business purposes he /she will not share his /her access card wh anyone else and maintain good housekeeping practices it is expected the selected candidates will attend office in a professional manner at all times
  6. The selected candidates will be prohibited from using or sharing information not publicly disclosed which he /she may obtain during the course of work for SMPK for his /her personal gain or advantage or for the personal gain or advantage of anyone with whom he/she improperly shares such information gain or advantage of anyone to such information related to any company
  7. The selected candidates will not during the engagement with SMPK divulge to anyone any information secret accounts or dealings relating to SMPKs business its affairs or its client’s service providers sub-contractors or vendors other than to the authorized SMPK officials
  8. On discontinuation of engagement, the selected candidates will r return to SMPK all papers and documents and all other property pertaining to SMPK or affairs of SMPK or its client or any of its associates or branches which may be in his /her possession and will not retain any copy or extract there for
  9. In case of any breach of confidentially caused by selected candidates either during or after the termination of engagement with SMPK he /she will  be personally liable to SMPK

  11. Upon leaving SMPK the selected candidates will not without the prior written consent of SMPK canvass solicit interfere with or entice away any person firm or corporation who has at any time during his /her employment with SMPK been

The selected candidates will not be allowed to continue his /her engagement in another remuneration occupation during the tenure of the entire contract period during the continuance of engagement with SMPK it is a condition of contractual engagement that the selected candidates will not engage in any other trade business or occupation including private practice and consulting without obtaining the prior written permission of SMPK
  13. The selected candidates will be entitled to 15 days leave per year within the period of his /her engagement (from the date of Engadget) which may be availed of with prior approval for any unauthorized absence in excess of 15 days pro-rata deduction will  be made from the consolidated remuneration
  14. On an official tour outside headquarter, the candidates will be entitled to TA/Da as admissible to the regular incumbent to the post
  15. The candidates will  be responsible for the charge and care of the SMPKs money goods and store and all other property that may be entrusted to him/ her and he /she will  be accountable for the same
  16. SMPK reserves its right to take appropriate legal action for the following 
  17. The contractual engagement may be terminated by giving one month’s notice from either side however the engaged is terminable on 24 hours’ notice for unsatisfactory performance and/or any act considered to be derogatory/detrimental to the interest of SMPK
  18. The conditions contained herein are indicative only and can be modified from time to time
  19. The selected candidates will  e required to sign legal /financial documents as the case may  be that my required to be signed in exigencies of work during his /her day-to-day functions in such case it will be the sole responsibility of the selected candidates to get such documents approved and countersigned  by the competent authority
