Selection mode:
- The selection will be done on the basis of performance in a walk-in interview conducted at the Bokaro general hospital premise by a committee duly constituted and approved by the head of medical

Other terms and conditions:
- SALI/BSL will not be held responsible for any injury/infirmity of the incumbent arising out of or in the course of training
- This training program is purely temporary for a period of twelve months training can be terminated shall giving one month’s notice by either side

- If a trainee remains absent without permission for more than 15 days for two consecutive months her/his training shall be terminated forthwith any notice
