General Conditions/instructions:
- Only Indian National need to apply
- Candidates who have completed three years after acquiring the prescribed qualification are not eligible for apprenticeship training 3 years from the month and year as specified in the degree certificate) further candidates who are impaneled/ waitlisted for engagement will not be considered for training if they cross the three years time limit at the time of issue of the offer
- Candidates who qualified from recognized universities coming under the Southam region of BoAT (Kerala Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhara Pradesh, Telangana, and Puducherry) will be given priority candidates from other universities will be considered only in case there is a shortage of applications as mentioned above in any discipline
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the apprentices act 1961 and amendment act 1973 or have one year or more experience from any institution are not eligible to apply for combining of apprenticeship with other institutions not permitted
- Candidates pursuing a sandwich course private degree, degree through correspondence/distance education, short-term/certificate course, a degree in disciplines other than those listed above, etc. are not eligible to apply
- The trainees will have no claim whatsoever for employment in Vikram Sarabhai space center or any other center
- No interim correspondence will be entertained canvassing in any form will be a disqualification
Selection process:
- The consolidated applications along with the application received during the walk-in interview at Kalamassery on 15-10-2022 will be screened subsequently and selection panels will be drawn based on the aggregate scores of the candidates in the prescribed essential qualification giving due weightage to reservation categories
- The induction of apprentices against the 2022 -3 vacant training positions will be made strictly based on the positions in the panel subject to the validity of vacancies and panel validity
