General Instructions:

1. If the candidates notice any discrepancy printed on the hall ticket as to community date of birth etc.,
2. The candidates should satisfy the invigilators of his/her identity with reference to the signature and photographs available on the normal rolls and hall ticket
3. The candidates  should  take their seeds use the given time before the commencement of the examination and are not to be allowed after the scheduled time the time of examination and entry time will be mentioned
4. The candidates must note his/their admission to the examination is strictly provisional the mere fact that an admission to the examination does not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared 
5. The candidates are not allowed to bring any electronic devices such as mobile cell phone programs calculators tablets
6. Candidates trying to use an unfair team shall be disqualified from the selection no. correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the  candidates
7. In case the hall ticket is without a photo or too small he/she should affix a passport-size photo on the hall ticket and appear by duly getting attested  by a gazetted officer
8. The candidates will not  be admitted to the examination hall without procedural formalities
9. The candidate’s admission to the examination is provisional subject to the eligibility confirmation satisfaction of the condition laid down in this notification
10. The candidates should put his/her signatures and get the signature of the invigilator at the appropriate place in the normal 
11. All the instructions to be followed scrupulously in the examination hall

Producer of selection:

1. Appearance in all the papers of screening the main examination is the compulsory absence in any of the papers will automatically render the disqualification of the candidate re
2. The selection of candidates for appointment to the post shall be based on the merit in the main examination to be held as per the scheme and syllabus shown 
3. The claim of members of the scheduled casters’ schedule 
4. In the event of schedule caster schedule tribe candidates not coming up for the selection with the existing minimum prescribed for selection in the competitive examination
5. Where the candidates get an equal number of marks in the main examination two or more candidates get an equal total number of marks the candidates shall be bracketed
6. The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically filing the appropriate medical classificatory
