Graduation in Agriculture marketing/Agriculture marketing and Cooperation/agricultural business management/ rules management with a minimum of 60% marks SC /ST 55% in aggregate from university/institution recognized by the gov. of India /Govt. Bodies /AICTE or Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks SC/ST 55% in aggregate from a university institution recognized by the Govt. of India Bodies/ AICTE with 2 yeats fills time post graduate degree/diploma in any of the following aggregates from university institution recognized by the govt. of India govt. bodies

Terms and Conditions:
- Candidates can apply for one discipline only
- Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate in case of multiple applications only the latest valid completed application will be retained and the application fee/intimation charges paid for the other registration will stand forfeited
- The management trainee absorbed as scale I office after completion of the training period will be treated at par with the Direct recruit officer in scale I and will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of absorption the probation period may be extended by a further period of six months
- The company reserves the right to terminate the services of the candidates if found unsuitable at any time during the probation period or the extended probation period without any notice or assigning any reason thereof
- The services conditions will be applicable as per prevalent rules of the company from time to time selected candidates may be posted to any place in India as may be decided by the company as per the requirement please note that the fieldwork in the districts is an essential part of the duty
- The management trainees who are selected for absorption in Scale I joining probationer will be required to give an undertaking cum Guarantee bond to serve the company for a minimum period of three 3 years including the probation period in the event of their resigning from the company or making it obligatory on the part of the company to terminate the employment before the expiry of the bond period they will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent
- No lien/bond executed with the present employer of the applicant will be binding upon the company nor shall the bond with AIC be transferred under any circumstance to any other central /state government organization
