  4. During the validity of the contract that of engagement while on duty engaged person shall  observe punctuality and discipline and attend the office on all working days and if necessary on holiday

  6. ALIMCO shall not be responsible for any loss of speed post registered post

  17. The income tax or any other tax liable to be deducted as per the prevailing rules will be deducted at source before affecting
