How to apply Bank Note Press DEWAS Govt Recruitment
Before applying online candidates should-
i. scan their
- photograph (4.5 cm x3.5 c.)
- signature (with black ink)
- left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
- a handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink) (text given below) ensuring that all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given below
- signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted
- the left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. )(if a candidate is not having a left thumb he/she may use his/her right thumb for applying ) ]
- The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows 9Name of the candidate) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required
- The above-mentioned handwritten declaration has t be ib the candidate’s handwriting and in English only if it is written and uploaded by anybody else or in any other language the application will be considered invalid
- Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make online payment of the requisite application fee/intimation charges
- Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no which should be kept active till the completion of this recruitment process, BNP may send intimation to download call letter for the examination, etc. through the registered e. mail ID in case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile no. before applying on-line and must maintain that e-mail account and mobile number
- Application fees /intimation charges (non-refundable) payment of fee online:
- Bank transaction charges (if any) for online payment of application fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate
Examination fees:
Registration charges of Rs 600/- (including) GST for candidates belonging to UR/ OBC/ EWS category and intimation charges of Rs 200/- (including GST) for candidates belonging to SC /ST/EX-SM / PWD category for each post.
a) The applicants have to pay the applicable fees online as per the method explained in para 8(B).
b) Transaction charges (if any) levied by the bank for the payment of the above applications fees are to be borne by the applicants.
c) Payment in any other manner will not be accepted and the applicant will be considered not eligible. Applicants paying lesser fees will also be not eligible.
d) Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Application mode: Interested candidates can apply through online mode only
Application reporting late for online examination:
- applicants reporting late for online examination i.e. after the reporting time specified on the call letter will not be permitted. the reporting time mentioned on the call letter is prior to the start time of the tests
- The possibility of occurrence of some problem in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out completely which may impact test delivery and/or result from being generated in the event.,evert effort will be made to rectify such problem which may include movement of candidates delay in test conduct of a re-exam is at the absolute discretion of the company candidates will not have any claim for a re-test candidates bot willing to move or not willing to aprtici[ate in the delayed process of test delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process
- if the examination is held in more than one session the scores across various sessions will be equated to adjust for slight differences in difficulty level of bigger test batteries used across sessions more than one session are required if the nodes capacity is less or some technical disruption takes place at any center or for any applicant
- in order to overcome the possibility of applicants seeking the help of other applicants during the online examination and analysis of the responses (Answers) od individual applicants with those of other applicants in the online examination to detect patterns if similarily of right and wrong answers will be done on the basis of such an analysis, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid the company reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the concerned applicant and the result of such applicants
The selection process for Bank Note Press DEWAS Govt jobs
Selection mode:
a) Selection for the posts will be done through examination which will be conducted “online”. and will be of objective type.
b) The objective type of online examination will consist of tests.
c) There will be interviews for the selection of the above posts the selection will be on a merit basis.
d) The online test will post will be in bilingual form i.e., Hindi & English language except for the English languages section which will be available in only English.
e) The online examination will be held tentatively in the month of April /May-2022. the exact date, session, reporting time of the examination will be mentioned in the call letter. The online examination will be conducted in venues given in the respective call letter. The applicants will have to take the examination at their own cost. The applicants are requested to keep checking the companies website for any change/ updates on the examination date.
f) Thye selection process shall be done as per the norms/ procedure of the company in the selection process and applicants have to secure minimum marks as per the below criteria, i.e., cut-off to prepare merits list which will be applied on the total score and not on the test wise score. The minimum qualifying i.e., cut-off marks required to consider in the order of merits list for different categories of candidates are as under:-
g) the test paper will not be shared with anybody in any condition even after the online examination
h) there is no negative marking
