Method of selection:
- Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria and whose online applications have been accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for the computer-based test
- Based on the performance in the computer-based test candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for an interview
- Selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in both the computer-based test and interview
- Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria and whose online applications are accepted are required to log on to the BET website and enter their credentials to access and download their computer-based test call letter candidates are required to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein please note that call letters will not be sent through e-mail or through conventional mail
- Candidates whose applications are accepted through the process of submission of online applications are eligible to attend the computer-based test at the respective center the call letters will be uploaded on the BEL Website
General Conditions:
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply
- Selected candidates will be required to undergo an orientation on the hob training for a period of 6 months they will be required to execute a service agreement to serve the company for a period of 3 years after training and should be willing to service in any of the units
- Appointment of the selected candidates will be subject to being found medically fit by the company medical authorities as per the company medical standards
- There will be no separate communication to any candidates on their non-selection at any stage
- The criteria/ relaxations/ terms and conditions for internal candidates will be as per the internal advertisement
- Candidates may opt to answer the computer-based test question paper in English or Hindi
- A candidate whose specialization mentioned in their degree certificates does not tally with the branch mentioned in the application will not be considered for an interview
- BBL reserves the right to debar candidates at any stage of the computer-based test/interview proceeding / final document verification if the candidature is not considered suitable for any reason
- The admission at any stage of the selection process will be purely provisional mere issue of an admit card/ interview call letter/ provisional offer of appointment to the candidates will not imply that his/her candidature has been cleared by BEL candidates at any stage of the selection process for any reason whatsoever mere applying for the post shall not be deemed as selection
- The applicant shall ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement in case the applicant fails to meet any of the eligibility criteria as stated in the advertisement for the post his/her candidature will be canceled at any point in the selection process the decision of the management in this regard would be final candidates must go through all instructions
