How to apply:

Candidates who meet the above requirements may fill in the application form using the online link provided at BEL website online line will be open to apply 

Before applying for the post the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement no manual /paper application will be entertained no hard copy application will be accepted

General instructions:

1. Only those candidates who meet all the aforementioned eligibility criteria for the post shall be called for a written test however the candidature of the applicant will be provisional and subject to verification of certificates /testimonials submitted by him/her 
2. Admit cards for provisionally eligible candidates for the written test can  be downloaded from the website please note that the admit card will not be sent by post
3. Candidates working in government / quasi-government/public sector organizations are required to produce a “No Objection Certificate: at the time of document verification in case the candidates fails to do so his /her candidature will be disqualified
4. The qualification mentioned in the advertisement should be from a recognized institution /Board /Council /University wherever CGPA/OGPA/DGPA or letter grade in the final /convocation certificate is awarded its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per adopted by university ./instutute
5. The candidates have to produce a valid photo identity proof such as Aadhasr card /voter is a card /pass  size  photo/driving license etc while appearing  for the written test
6. Applicants should have sound health no relaxation in health standards is allowed the appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the pre-employment medical examination to be conducted as per norms and standards of medical fitness
7. Local travel costs if any shall be borne by the candidates
8. Request for change of category (General /SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD /Ex servicemen_ one declared in the online application will be entertained
9. EWS certificate issued for the years 2021 – 2022 by the competent authority will be considered 
10. Relaxation in age will be applicable to the ex-servicemen as per government guidelines
11. In the event, that any applicant has litigated with his /her employer or BEL in the past the sam shoulds be clearly mentioned in the online application in b ried
12. Online applications that are incomplete and without any prescribed fee will be summarily rejected without assigning any reasons and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained
13. Candidates are required to possess on valid and active e-mail id which is to be mentioned in the online application form information pertaining to the written test and other correspondence will be sent by email to the email id furnished by the candidates under no circumstances candidates should haste e-mail id of any other person BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent out the candidates no change in the e-mail id or mobile number will be allowed once entered
14. Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate in case o multiple applications only the latest valid complete application will be retained and the application fee paid for the other application will stand forfeited
15. There is no provision for re-checking /re-evaluation of OMR sheets
16. The decision of BEL in all matters reading eligible of the candidates the stage at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken qualification and other eligibility norms will be final and binding on the candidates
17. The candidates at all stages of the selection process shall be provisional in nature mere fulfilling the minimum requirement of qualification will not vest any right on the candidates to be called for the written test
18. BEL reserves the right to change (cancel /modify/add)  any of the criteria methods of selection and the number of posts indicated above based on the actual requirements at the time of selection
19. Candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage of the selection process or after joining I any information provided by the candidates is found not in conformity with the criteria mentioned in the advertisement the candidature is also liable for rejection at any stage of BEL comes any evidence /knowledge that the qualification Experian and any other particulars indicated in the application /another format/formats /declarations are not recognized /false/misleading and/or amounts to suppression of information particulars which should have been brought to the notice of BEL
20. Canvassing on any form will result in disqualification BEL reserves the right to debar/disqualify any candidate at any stage of the selection process for any reason whatsoever if the candidate is not considered suitable
21. In case any dispute arises on account or interpretation of clauses in any version of this advertisement other than English the English version available on the BEL website shall prevail
22. Any resulting dispute arising out of this advertisement including the recruitment process shall be subjected to the sole jurisdiction of the courts situated in Uttar Pradesh
23. Based on the marks in the written test/ provisionally shortlisted /selected candidates will be called for document verification the candidates have to produce the original documents and submit the self-attested copies of the following document
