Selection procedure:

1. Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of those who are shortlisted in the written test
2. 85% marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% marks for the interview candidate who passes the written test will be shortlisted for an interview in a ratio of 2:5 in the order of merit
3. The written test duration will be 85 marks time duration will be 90 minutes with no negative marking 
4. Testcentre for written test Delhi /NCR only
5. The names of candidates shortlisted for written test interviews and final selection will be notified on our company website

General:

1. A project engineers officer who is presently working in BEL will not be eligible to apply for the post of project engineer officer if applied the application will be summarily rejected without assigning any reasons
2. A candidate who is working as a trainee engineer and is fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per the advertisement can apply for the post of project engineer – with intimation to their respective HR
3. Training engineering officers who have completed the overall tenure of 3 ears in BEL and those who apply and get selected for the post of project engineer officer will be direct inducted as a project engineer 
4. Only Indian nationals need to apply
5. The posts indicated above may vary based on the actual requirements at the time of selection
6. Candidates whose specialization mentioned in the degree certificates doe not tally with the branch mentioned in the application will not be considered for selection
7. All details given in the online form will be treated as final and no changes will be entertained
8. In the event, it is found that the candidate has disclosed false information in the application form BEL reserves the right to disqualify their candidature at any stage during the selection process
9. Candidates are required to possess at least one valid E-Mail ID candidates are advised to  keep the email ID
10. Request for change of mailing address/ Email Id/Category/posts as declared in the online application will not be entertained
11. There will be no separate communication to any candidate on their non-selection at any stage
12. Candidates may also be deployed to work on other projects/ outstation sites based on the exigencies of work
13. Any revision clarification addendum corrigendum time extension etc., at the above advertisement, will be hosted on the careers section of the BEL website
14. Screening of applications will be carried out purely based on the information declared by candidates in the online application form if, at any further stage of selection, it is found that candidates have declared false information 
15. The decision of BEL in all matters regarding the eligibility of the candidates at the stage at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken qualification and other eligibility norms will be final and binding on the candidates
16. Mere fulfilling the minimum requirement of qualification and experience will not vest any right on the candidates to be called for the selection process interview
17. BEL reserves the right to change any of the criteria methods of selection number of posts indicated above based on the actual requirement at the time of selection
18. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification BEL reserves the right to debar/ disqualify any candidates at any stage of the selection process for any reason whatsoever
19. In case any dispute arises on account of the interpretation of clauses in any version region of this advertisement other than English the English version available on the BEL website shall prevail
