General Instructions:

1. No more than one application should be submitted by any candidate multiple applications /registrations will be summarily rejected and the application fee forfeited
2. Before applying the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement application once submitted will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the application fee/intimation charges once paid shall be neither refunded nor held in reserve for any other examination the bank would be free to reject any application
3. A recent recognizable color passport size photograph which should be the same as the one uploaded in the online application form should be firmly pasted on the call letter for online examination /interview and duly signed across by the candidates are advised not to change their appearance till the recruitment process is a complete failure to produce the same photograph at the time of the online test /personal interview may lead to disqualification
4. Candidates will have to produce an original caste/p[hysical disability /caste validity certificate (wherever applicable) or any other relevant certificates at the time of interview failing which his /her candidature will be canceled OBC candidates availing reservation will have to produce an OBC certificate with non-creamy layer  
5. Candidates serving in govt./ public sector undertakings (including nationalized banks and financial institutions ) will be required to produce a “No Objection Certificate ” from their employer at the time of the interview in the absence of which their candidature may not be considered 
6. All candidates will have to produce if called for interview originals as well as self-attested photocopies of their educational /experience certificates as well as case certificate, caste validity certificate (wherever applicable) certificate of disability  n the proforma prescribed by Govt. of India, or any other certificates required in the prescribed proforma in support o their eligibility failing which their candidature will be canceled
7. The bank takes no responsibility for any delay/nonreceipt or loss of any communication
8. Any resulting dispute arising out of and/or pertaining to the process of recruitment under this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts situated in Mumbai
9. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification
10. Request for change of contact no /address/email ID/interview center will not be entertained
11. In case any dispute arises on account o interpretation of a version other than English, the English version will prevail
12. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being declared medically fit as per the requirements of the Bank such appointment will also be subject to the service conduct rules and policies of the Bank

Selection procedure:

1. Selection will be through a personal interview merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for a test or interview
2. The applications of eligible candidates will be arranged on the basis of educational qualification and total experience and candidates to extent of 8 times the number of vacancies in the respective categories will be shortlisted for the interview
3. The exact date/center/venue of the examination will  be communicated to the candidates through notification the bank reserves the right to cancel or make any change in the date of the interview/vary the selection procedure of required
