West Bengal State Health and Family Welfare Samiti will engage personnel for the position of community health officer (CHO) after successful completion of the CPCH course under the national health mission department of health and family welfare government of west Bengal purely on a contractual basis against consequential vacancies
Eligible candidates should apply online in the prescribed format as given on the departmental website from 11 am from 16-June-2902 to Midnight on 30 -June -2022 for the mentioned post
Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete application forms are liable to canceled application frass of Rs. 100/- for the General category and Rs. 50/- for reserved categories have to be deposited through online mode only the amount is non-refundable (Details of online mode, payment details, and important details are given in genera; information point no. 8&9)

Posting in any SC-SK in any district of West Bengal will be based on merit cum choice counseling against selected sub-centers as per vacancy/requirement only after successful completion of 4 months certificate program on community health
General Information for the applications/ Candidates:
- Only online applications will be accepted application forms not properly filled in or completed application forms are liable to be canceled if the online application details submitted by the applicant differ from the origin testimonials that application shall liable to be canceled
- If proper signature and photograph are not uploaded at the time of online application that application shall also be liable to ve canceled
- The essential criteria mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidates to claim selection all the essential qualifications must be completed on or before the first date of online applications
- Hard copy/ print copy of the online registration form ( printed within the last date of online application) should be retained by all applicants for document verification purposes without a registration form no candidates will be entered for original testimonials verification by the authority no need to send hard copy /print copy of the online registration form by post
- Online registration no should be retained by all applicants for future reference employer is not liable to give any information regarding the online registration no. in future
- Claim and/or change of place of posting from the side of the applicant shall not be entrained before /after issuance of appointment letter
- The online deposition of application fees can be done through net baking or a credit/debit card system through an online interface if the payment is successful the candidates will be immediately reverted back to the link for final submission of the application form by using the application id already received at the time of registration place do not deposit fee more than one time
- The candidate who is found eligible at any stage of the recruitment process will not be called for the subsequent stages of the selection process
- The Decision of the competent authority regarding the recruitment is final
