other essential qualifications:
- Age limit 18-43 years and age relaxation shall be considered for served category candidates as per Rules of Haryana government
- Hindi Sanskrit language up to matriculation level
- All selected candidates shall require to be registered with the respective council on Indian medicine Haryana/ Haryana State Nurse and Nurse-Midwives Council (Panchkula) or Central Council of Indian medicines /Indian Nursing Council (New Delhi) within two months after joining as MLHP -cum CHO
Monthly Remuneration and other financial Benefits:
The advertised posted comes under the pay band of PB -2-9300 – 4800-18750 as per Service Byelaws prescribed for employees of NHM Haeryanaq, However, the following emoluments will be given against the current advertisement
- for initial 5 years, a monthly honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (i.e. Rs. 18750/- as pay Band -2 + Rs.6850/- additional consortium) and after completion of 5 years satisfactory of 1 service salary and all increment /allowances will be given as per pay band only i.e. PB -2-9300-34800-4800-18750.
- The benefit of an annual increment of 5% on an initial salary after completion of 1-year satisfactory service.
- The benefit of Dearness allowance will be given after completion of 10 years satisfactory disservice
- The benefit of house ren Allowance will be given after completion of 10 years satisfactory service
- Apart from the above monthly performance-based incentive up to Rs. 15000/- will be given after working against performance indicators as an MLHP -cum-CHO at SC-HWC for initial 5 years but once the salary and all increment allowances are fixed as per service bye Laws under PB -2-9300-34800-4800-18750, then the monthly predominance based incentive will be withdrawn

Application fee:
After submitting the online application form the candidates shall require to online deposit fee in the provided bank account by logging into the online application portal as per the detail given below
Of any candidate submitting more than one application in different district categories she/he has to pay a fee for each application separately and her/his candidature shall be considered only against the application for which she/he appeared in the OMR Based Exam requisite fee is re ids required to be deposited online only and no cash /Physical fee is allowed
Important note:
- The fee is nonrefundable or nonreimbursable in all circumstances once it is deposited in favor of NHM Haryana
- In case the candidate fails to deposit the required fee her/his application shall stand automatically canceled/rejected and shall not be considered for further procession
- If a candidate applies more than one timer she /he is required to deposit separately for each application and her/his candidate will be considered only for the district and category for which she/he appeared in the OMR Based Exam
