General Conditions:
- Selection mode: Through interview to be conducted via virtual mode the schedule of the virtual interview shall be communicated separately to the eligible applicants however the candidates are required to register themselves for the process of interview by reporting at the respective project site on the date and schedule mentioned at para-B-6 along with application form and documents as mentioned in para-B-2 the documents verification of the candidates appearing for registration would be conducted at the respective locations most likely on the day of registration
- Please note that the above exercise may take more than one day of duration depending on the no. of candidates appearing for registration thus, the candidates are advised to plan their travel accordingly
- The above posts are specifically for IRCONs officer/projects in India and not for the regular establishment of IRCON the contract employees on the pay scale will be recruited for an initial tenure of 3 years which may be extended for a further two tests based on the performance of candidates and requirements of project the performance of employees shall be reviewed after one year and in case his/her performance is found to be unsatisfactory his/her services shall be terminated
- One weekly off and other public holidays when the project office remains closed would be available
- Working hours/days and off will be the same as for the project
- If any information provided by the candidates is found to be false or incorrect or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria then his/her candidature is liable to be rejected /canceled at any stage of the recruitment process
- The ex-contract employees of IRCON, whose services were terminated due to the closure of projects can also apply for these posts if they fulfill the required qualifications and experience a copy of the termination letters should be sent along with the application appointment against this adv retirement shall be treated as fresh appointment without any linkage to previous employment in IRCON
