2. Five years experience in level 10 in the pay matrix under the central government or equivalent with reference to agriculture development of plantation crops or horticulture crops

Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent with  marketing specialization or master’s degree in Agriculture or horticulture with a postgraduate diploma in marketing management or equivalent from a recognized university or institute and 

or

Seven years of experience in agricultural marketing in any recognized institute 

1. Masters’s degree in horticulture or agriculture or plant science from a recognized university or institute

or 

2. Three years experience in level – 7 in the pay matrix under the central government or equivalent preferably in plantation tree crops or horticulture  crops

1. Masters’s degree in business administration with a specialization in business or foreign export promotion or equivalent from a recognized university or institute 

or 

Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a postgraduate diploma in international business or export promotion trade or equivalent from a recognized university or institute

or

five years experience  in market development of foreign countries  including foreign trade and export to foreign countries in a government office or autonomous body or statutory body or public  sec tore undertaking or   reputed firm under the federation of Indian export organization

1. Masters’s degree in statistics or agricultural statistics from a recognized university or institute and

2. Five years experience in statistical analysis in a government officer or public sector undertaking r autonomous bod or statutory body

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or horticulture from a recognized university or institute and

Two years experience in the field of agriculture or horticulture development activities in a recognized institute

1. masters degree in journalism or bachelor’s degree n any subject with a postgraduate degree or diploma in journalism or mass  communication or public relations and advertising or equivalent from a recognized university or institute and

2. five years experience in mass media activities information education and communication activities content creation stakeholder education and training in a recognized institute

Desirable qualification:

1. Two years of experience in mass media operations in the agriculture or horticulture sector in a recognized institute
2. Knowledge in Hindi

Master’s degree in agricultural statistics or statistics from a recognized university or institute

or 

Two years experience in statistical work in a recognized institute

1. Bachelor’s degree in science preferably in agriculture or horticulture or an allied subject from a recognized university or institute

2. Postgraduate diploma in journalism r mass communication or public relations and advertising or equivalent from a recognized university or institute and

3. Two years experience in editing and publishing journals books etc., in a recognized institute

Desirable qualification:

Knowledge of Hindi

Master’s degree in chemistry from a recognized o institute

Two years of experience in the analysis of edible oils and food products in a recognized institute

1. Masters’s degree in commerce from a recognized university or institute or pass the intermediate examination of the institute of chartered accountants of India or pass in the intermediate examination of the institute of cost accountants of India and 

2. five years experience in audit work in a government office or public sector  undertaking or autonomous body

1. Masters’ degree in computer application or equivalent with a bachelor’s degree in science from a recognized university or  institute or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or electronics and communication or information technology or equivalent from a recognized university or institute
2. Two years experience in programming or information system in a  government officer of public sector undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body or organization dealing in software

Master’s degree in food and nutrition or B.Tech in food processing or equivalent from a recognized university or institute or

Bachelor’s degree in food technology or food and nutrition with a postgraduate diploma in food safety and quality management or equivalent from a recognized university or institute and two years experience in the relevant field from a recognized institute

Masers degree in microbiology or equivalent from a recognized university or institute 

Desirable qualification: 

Two years of experience in the analysis of microbiological materials in a recognized institute
