General Conditions:

1. Candidates should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he/she has fulfilled the eligibility criteria of the post stated in the advertisement in all respects
2. The degree of disability for PwD  candidates is 40% above
3. One candidate can appear for one category of post only
4. Candidates who studied full-time regular courses are only eligible for correspondence distance mode learning part-time courses shall not be considered
5. Candidates ready to work anywhere in India as per the need/ organization requirements
6. Experience from academic institutions/ colleges shall not be considered and the same will be excluded for the purpose of calculation of post-qualification experience
7. In view of the requirement the selected candidates shall be required to join ECIL immediately after the declaration of the results as such candidates are advised to come prepared to resume the assigned activity work immediately  in case they are shortlisted
8. It is mandatory for the candidates who are already working with any of the units of the electronics corporation of India Limited to obtain a letter from the respective reporting officer seeking permission to attend the selection process and need to  submit the letter at the time of document verification
9. The company reserves the right to alter the no. of posts or cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reason
10. The decision of ECIL in all matters regarding the eligibility of the candidate the stage at which such scrutiny if eligibility is to be undertaken qualification ions and other eligibility norms will be final and binding on the  candidates
11. All qualifications should be from a recognized Indian university/ institution recognized  by the appropriate statutory authority
12. The application is liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process in case of suppression of facts/ furnishing of false information
13. Any legal  proceeding in respect of any matter claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and or any application in response thereto can be instituted only limited to courts
