Responsibilities:
- Design the protection circuit module including schematic PCM layout and BOM for selection of specific components to meet requirements
- Develop the engineering requirement specification for the batter pack and protection circuit module along with the custom IC parts for the best performance and cost
- Drive design for manufacturing (DFM) with vendors during early design phase
- Validate the protection function
- Validate fuel gauge performance along with fine-tuning the models for accuracy
