The Selection Process for ESIC Govt jobs 

Selection mode: Applicants are to be submitted in the prescribed proforma 

• Selection will be made on basis of interviews of candidates which will be conducted by the duly constituted selection committee.
• The final selection will be based purely on performance in the personal interview name of E.S.L.S Solapur 

PAy allowances: candidates appointed on a contractual basis will be paid consolidated pay as per Maharashtra Gvotnemtn GR dated 29-5-2020 of Rs. 75,000/- 

General Condition:

• the interview will be conducted on dated 11-March-2022 from 11 am to 2 pm at the officer of medical superintendent ESIS Hospital, HOTGI Road color 
• Candidates should be present at the interview with original certificates 2 sets of photocopies matriculations certificate for age proof, proof of education qualification MMC/MCI Registration Cast Certificate/Non-Creamy layer 2 photography PP size 
• No TA/DA will be admissible for an interview or joining 
• This appointment will be only on a temporary basis and no claim for permanent service ant service like PF, pension gratuity medical allowances, Seniority, promotion only casual leave will be permitted as per rule 
• other terms and conditions will be applicable as issued by Maharashtra Government and competent authority from time to time 
• If candidates whishes to resign candidate should give one month’s notice
• The selected candidate will be required to deposit a security deposit of one-month payment if favor of ESIS, Solapur at the time of joining which is refundable after completion of the contract period and production of No Dues Certificate
• Selected candidates shall be appointed on a purely contractual; basis for the maximum period of 365 days 
• No private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in MH -ESIS 
• Providing police verification and medical fitness certificate will be the responsibility of this candidate 
• The MH-ESIS reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned 
• The contractual engagement may be terminated assigning any reason
• Knowledge of Marathi language and handling of computer is essential 
• Reservation for the various category will be executed as per GOM Rules if the candidates of the respective category are not available then the post will be filled in by the candidate of any category in the merit list
• Candidates should also be in possession of the certificates in the prescribed format in support of their  claim candidates claiming reservation under OBC Category should submit the latest noncreamy layer certificate along with self-declaration
• Duty timing will be 9.45 am to 6.15 pm( weekly 6 days) 
• Selected candidates will have to sign an agreement of terms & conditions on Rs. 100/- stamp paper to be purchased by the candidate prior to joining 
• Selected candidates will have to join on 19- March -2022
