General Instructions:

1. Candidates should fill satisfy themselves before applying that they possess the minimum qualification and experience etc. as laid downs in this advertisement the qualification prescribed should have been obtained from govt. recognized university/board/institutions
2. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of information/documents and photographs submitted it is the responsibility of the candidate to assess his/her own eligibility to the posts for which he/she is appearing in accordance with this advertisement if it is detected at any time in future during the process of selection or even after the appointment that the candidates were not eligible as per the prescribed recruitment rules of the institute which could not be detected 
3. All above posts are as per the ICFER pay scalers and carry allowances like house rent transport and children’s education as admissible to  ICRRE employees of the respective pay level posted in ICFRE / FRI
4. These posts will be covered under the new pension scheme of govt. of India and the incumbent will be eligible for other benefits like medical LTC etc. as per the government /institute norms
5. If a candidate indicates in his/her application form that he/she belongs to a general category and subsequently writes to the institutes to change his/her category to a reserved category such a request will not be entertained
6. Candidates seeking reservation benefits available for the respective categories must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility prescribed in the government of India
7. In the case of posts reserved for OBC, their caste should be in the central government list of OBCs and they should be in the non creamy layer category  the certificates should be in the prescribed format of the central government and valid for the financial years
8. A candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of community reservation only in case the particular caste to which the candidate belongs is included in the list of reserved communities issued by the central government as on the closing date of application
9. Once a candidate has chosen a reserved category no request will be entertained for change to other reserves 
10. In case of a candidate, unfortunately, becomes physically disabled during the course of the recruitment process the candidate should produce a valid document showing him/her acquiring a disability to the extent of 40% or more as defined under the rights of persons with disabilities 
11. Reservation policy as per GoI norms are as follows
12. Candidates are required to keep ready all the documents for uploading at the time of filling out the online form and the same uploaded documents have to be produced at the time of documents  verification
13. Candidates should upload the scanned image of their photograph signature and other relevant certificates as per the instructions given filling out the online application form
14. The photograph must be a recent passport-size color photograph make sure that the picture is in color and taken against a light colored preferably white background look 
15. Candidates are required to keep ready all the documents for uploading at the time of filling out the online form and the same uploaded documents have to be produced at the time of documents verification
16. Candidates should upload the scanned image of their photograph, signature, and other relevant certificates as per the instructions given during filling out the online application form
17. The photograph must be a recent passport-size color photograph make sure that the picture is in color and taken against a light colored 
18. All posts are temporary in nature but likely to continue further the candidates will be confirmed after the successful completion of the probationary period s per the rules
19. The number of posts indicated may increase or decrease as per the institute’s requirement
20. The institute reserves the right not to fill the post advertised and reject any or all of the applications without assigning any  reason thereof
21. Position may be filled the applicants belonging to the physically handicapped category (persons with Disabilities) if found suitable even if the post is not reserved under the PwD category 
22. The decision of the appointing authority in all matters relating to the eligibility of the candidate’s screening/skill/ online computer-based test
23. The appointment of the selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit as per the requirement of the institute
24. The Institute shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by candidates at any time at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the services in case it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidates 
25. In case of any corrigendum addendum pertaining to this advertisement the same shall be published on the Institute website only
26. Candidates are advised their own interested to submit an online application must before the closing date and not wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection
27. The crucial date for age calculation will be the last date of submission of the online application form
28. No interview will  be conducted for advertised posts however trade tests/skill tests etc. will be conducted wherever applicable
29. No request with respect to the change in any data submitted y the candidates in the online application form will be entertained once it is mainly submitted
30. Translation ambiguity if any will be resolved as per the English version
31. Application incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected no interim inquiries/correspondence communication of any sort will be entertained on the matter
32. The examination fee once paid will not be refunded or readjusted under any circumstances
33. The examination center will be intimated later in admit card issued b the institute
