1. A master’s degree with 55% marks ( or an equivalent grade on a points scale wherever the grading system is followed ) in a concerned/relevant/ allied subject from an Indian university or an Evelyn degree from an accredited foreign university 

2. besides fulfilling the above qualification the candidates must have cleared the national eligibility test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the Unversity grants commission (minimum standards and procedure for awards od ?M.Phli/Ph.D degree) Regulations 2009 or 1026 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET

Provided the candidates registered for the Ph.D. program prior to July 11, 2009, shall be governed  by the   provision he then-existing ordinances /Bye-laws/regulations of the institution awarding the degree, and such Ph.D. candidates shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SE|LET/SET for recruitment and appointment of assistant professor or equity positions  in university  /colleges /institutes 

Subject to the fulfillment of the following:

  1. The Ph.D. degree of the candidate had been awarded in a regular mode
  2. The Ph.D. thesis has been evaluated by t least two external examiners
  3. An open Ph.D. viva voice of the candidates has been cond ted
  4. The candidate has published two research papers from his /her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one is in a referred journal
  5. The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC / ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency

The fulfillment of these conditions is to be certified  by the registrar of the Dean (Academic Affairs) of the university concerned note that NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such masters programs in disciplines for which NET/SLET/ SET is not conducted y the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET 

 

Business Management:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and master’s degree in business administration /PGDM/C.A/ ICWA/M.Com with first class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of a master’s degree 

General Instruction :

  1.   5. relevant grade which is regarded as equivalent to 55% wherever the grading system is followed by a recognized university shall also be considered eligible it will be the responsibly of the candidate to provide an equivalence certificate for the grade obtained form (in terms of %) the concerned degree Kaeding university in the absence of such a certificate the verification shall not be considered for appointment to the post applied for 
  6. The candidates selected shall be appointed under a written contract as per UGC norms
  7. Fake. de-recognized institutions: candidates who have obtained degrees or diplomas or certificates for various programs/courses from any institution declared fake/derecognized by the university grants commission new Delhi shall not be eligible for being considered for recruitment to the post advertised
  13. The Ph.D. Degree shall be a mandatory qualification for the appointment of professor and associate professor 
  14.
