General Instructions:

  1. These posts are purely temporary and on a contractual basis or through outsourcing
  2. Do not send a Hard copy of the application and or her documents to the office
  3. If necessary an elimination test will be arranged
  4. Eligible  candidates shall be communicated for the further process via email
  5. After further process, the tentative date for joining will  be within one week of the issuance of the appointment letter
  6. Candidates who desire to apply for more than one post will be required to submit separate online applications in the prescribed format along with all the specified supporting documents along with each application
  7. Candidates have to upload his/her necessary documents i.e. qualification experience, caste age, and other documents in the online application portal as per the instruction 
  8. The online application will be scrutinized by the competent authority and only the eligible candidates will be communicated
  9. The prescribed qualification and experience are minimum and the mere fact that a candidate possesses the same will not entitle him/her for being called for an interview / written test/skill test

  12. Applications incomplete in any respect will not receive any consideration at all
  13. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issuance of an appointment letter

  15. Canvassing in any form on behalf of any candidate will lead to the disqualification of such candidates
  16. Separate applications along with separate application fees should be submitted for each post
  17. Qualification and experience will be reckoned on the last date of submission of the online application
  18. The prescribed qualification and experience are minimum and the mere fact that candidates possess the same will not entitle him/her for being called for the further process
  19. No TA/DA will be paid
  20. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection the decision of the competent authority 
  21. The interview will  be commenced either Physical/online/Hybrid mode
  22. The candidates must bring the printed copy of the online submitted application form completed in all respects along with all enclosures at the time of the interview
  23. Without a printed copy of the online submitted application form, the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the interview under any circumstances
  24. The candidates must reach 1 hour before the scheduled interview time for their respective subject
