IITP Patna Recruitment 2023 General Information and Instruction to the Candidates:

1. All posts except SI. N o 16 are permanent
2. The candidates are required to apply online with complete information and an attachment candidates applying for more than one post are required to pay application fees for the applied post however the candidates will solely be responsible if the test of two or more trade posts coincides with each other institute will not be responsible to conduct 
3. Applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the post applied for they must fulfill eligibility criteria as on the closing date of the application
4. The details process (SOP) instructions for filling out the online applications form will e available on the institute
5. The applicant will  be responsible for the authenticity of submitted information other documents and photographs
6. No TA will  be paid for written test /trade test
7. The completed postal address of the present employer mentioning the name of the organization and whether the organization is a govt./semi govt/autonomous/public sector
8. Candidates  should upload self-attested copies of certificates in support of their qualifications, experience 
9. A candidate is required to upload certificates in support of minimum require experience in proper format i.e. it should be on the organization letterhead bearing the date of the issue-specific period of work designation 
10. An incomplete application without an application fee or without supporting documents shall be summarily rejected the candidates should keep a printout of the filled application
11. Candidates are advised to mention their correct and active email address in the application  as all the correspondence like issuance of call letters or any other information will be communicated through email only
12. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of the appointment letter, the institute reserves the right to modify withdraw cancel any communication including the appointment letter sent to the candidates
13. The institute will retain data on online applications received for nonshortlisted candidates only for three months after the completion of the recruitment process
14. The Institute reserves the right to place a reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for test/ interview 
15. The between candidates obtaining equal marks in written tests will  be resolved in the following order of preference
16. Degrees as referred to above are those which have been awarded by a recognized university institution
17. The decision of the institute regarding the conduct of written trade test verification of documents and selection would be final and binding on all applicants 
18. Higher pay in the prescribed pay level may be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates
19. The Institute reserves the right to verify the antecedents and documents submitted by candidates at the time of appointment or during 
20. The Institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of  vacancies advertised as per the need directive of the government of India or cancel the advertisement itself in toto or partially without any further notice or assigning any reason
21. Degrees as referred to above are those which have been awarded by  a recognized university institution
22. The Institute reserves the right to relax any of the qualification experience age limits in exceptional cases or in case of a person already holding an analogous position in government department research and academic institution industry
23. The decision of the institute regarding the conduct of written trade tests verification of documents and selection would be final and binding on all applicants no presentation correspondence will  be entertained in this regard
24. Higher pay in the prescribed pay level may be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates
25. The Institute reserves the right to verify the antecedents and documents submitted by candidates at the time of appointment or during the tenure of service in case it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidates are fake or the candidate has a clandestine antecedent background and has suppressed the said information
26. Eligibility of candidates applying through online mode only for the post applied shall be considered on the last date of closing the online application interface
27. The Institute reserves the right to extend the closing date for receipt of applications and also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the recruitment for any al posts at any stage
28. Addendum corrigendum if any in respect of this advertisement shall be published only on the notice board section 
29. In case of any  dispute or ambiguity that  may occur in the process of selecting the decision of the institute shall  be final and binding
30. Any dispute with regard to the selection recruitment process will be subject to court tribunals having exclusive jurisdiction over Patna
