Note:
- Validity of the selected list is valid for one year for one year from the date of publication of results and is renewable accordingly
- In general applicants with research experience, good communication skills/ in Tam il and English, and data analysis skills will be preferred
- Qualification, experience, and other terms and conditions may be related/ altered at the discretion of the project investigator
- Only candidates who can join immediately after the results need to apply as the positions are to be filled on an urgent basis

- The posts are purely on a contract basis for an externally sponsored project and no claim for any other regular posts in JIPMER shall be entertained
- The post is only for Six Months and any claim to a regular post will not be entertained
- A list of candidates will be shortlisted based on the submitted application and will be called for the written test and interview
- No other allowances facilities other than consolidated salary be extended
- The decision of the principal investigator will be final
- No TA/DA will be paid for the interview
- Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification
- Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage
- If the performance of the appointed is not found satisfactory by the investigator an appointment can be terminated at any time without any notice
- The appointee shall be on a whole-time appointment for this project and shall not accept another assignment
- The appointee may be relieved from the current job position with one-month prior notice failing to do so may be held responsible for paying one month’s salary
