Terms of contractual appointment:
- Interested candidates may apply only online with the links as given against the post or given below
- The co-Dracula appointment will be made initially for one year and extendable up to two years or till the completion of the project
- Separate application forms should be submitted if a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post
- the recruited project staff are eligible for leave as per rules and will have to give an undertaking at the time of joining
- The interview for the advertised posts will be conducted in virtual mode via video conferencing and the date of which shall be intimated later via email to the shortlisted candidates only
- the condition for employment will be the same as that of the ICMR project staff on contract basis candidates working have worked under the project in ICMR institutes /centers will be given one time age relaxation as per the institute rules and regulations
- Hostel accommodation of any kind is not available at the institute

General Terms and Conditions:
- The number of positions may vary the selected candidates will be posted at the places mentioned in the table and may be required to travel for field surveys they are also expected to travel to Delhi or other centers for training
- These positions are meant for temporary projects and co-terminus with the project
- Engagement of the above-advertised project human resources positions will depend upon the availability of funds for functional requirements and approval of the competent authority
- Qualification and experience should b in the relevant discipline and field an institution of repute experience should have been gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification
- Mere fulfilling the essential qualification does not guarantee the selection
- Persons already in regular time-scale service under any government department/organization are not eligible to apply
- No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview/personal discussion and candidates have to arrange transport/accommodation themselves
- ICMR – NIP reserves the right to consider or reject any application candidature without assigning any reason
- Submission of false or wrong information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage
- The persons engaged in project human resources positions cannot be permitted to register for Ph.D. due to time constraints
- The persons engaged in project human resource positions will normally be posted at the study site however they can be posted to any other site in the interest of research work they are liable to serve in any part of the country
- Successful candidates will normally be engaged in project human resources positions initially for a period of one year or less depending upon the tenure of the project and functional requirements continuation
- ICMR – NIP reserves the right to terminate the project human resource position even during the agreed contract period or extended contract period without assigning any reason
