1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent

2. At least 5 years experience in administration in a responsible supervisory position i.e. in pay level 6 of the pay matrix with the ability to control guide and supervise staff in a govt.

Desirable qualification:

Qualification in the area of management or law

or

Experience in handling computerized administration/legal/finance/establishment matters 

Graduate of NSD with at least 3 years experience in stage management backstage work with a theatre organization of repute

1. 3 years diploma/competency  certificates in electrical trade from a recognized institution

2. At least 5 years experience in  handling electrical equipment and fittings for theatre and handling and working on modern lighting equipment for the theatrical performances

or 

Graduate of NSD with a diploma or certificate in the area of lighting technology with 3 years of experience

Desirable qualification:

Experience diploma in handling light equipment

1. fully proficient in the techniques of playing the instruments 
2. Substantial background and experience in playing for theatrical performances like operas dance drams song ensembles and musicals 

Desirable qualification:

1. Persons with a higher professional background will be preferred

1. Masters’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as the main subject at the degree level
