General: 

1. The candidate is required to attest to medical emergencies in mine /projects /entailments /hospital 
2. The candidates should be able to examine and treat patients screening cases needing specialized medical attention to refer them to higher centers
3. The candidates  should ensure/make PME 
4. The candidates should be able to implement various national health and family welfare programs in the unit
5. The candidates should take an active part in the formulation of development plans for the dispensary
6. The candidates should ensure adequate vaccines consumable medicines instruments miscellaneous items required from time to time and their proper storage and usage
7. The candidates should ensure cleanliness inside and outside the premises and also proper maintenance of equipment
8. The candidates should ensure preparedness to meet exigencies and outbreaks of the epidemic in his/her area
9. The candidates should be able to conduct CSR and medical awareness camps competitions etc
10. The candidates should ensure maintenance of the prescribed records and submission of reports and returns
11. The candidates should be able to educate people on disease prevention measures and health maintenance 
12. The candidates should be able to ensure functional assistance in ERP implementation 
13. The candidates should ensure the availability of ambulance service in the unit

Generka Tems /Condtions:

1. The administrative action /decision to fill the vacancies is vested with cadre controlling authority i.e chairman CIL as per the cadre scheme and the same will be followed
2. Candidates dismissed from service by the previous employer including CIL by way of disciplinary action will not be eligible for appointment
3. Character and antecedent verification of the appointees will be done post appointment and in case of any discrepancy or concealment of information is found the appointment will stand null and void abinto
4. No application fee will be charged to the candidates

Other terms and conditions:

1. Only Indian nations are eligible to apply 
2. Candidates may be posted anywhere in subsidiary companies as per the requirement of the company
3. Candidates must have completed n year of compulsory internship
4. Applicants with PG qualifications shall submit their registration certificate from MCI/DCI /State medical council/State Dental Council in which their PG qualification is mentioned
5. Unless the applicants produce a valid registration certificate from MCI/DCI /State medical council /State dental council result/passing certificate/relevant document in original they will not be allowed to appear in the interview
6. In support of educational qualifications percentage of marks and experience candidates will have to submit a self-attested copy of the relevant marks sheet /certificates along with the application
7. Canvassing in any form or  bringing outside influence will disqualify the candidature
8. In case of various name /Surname /Nam spelling mentioned in the application with that of educational/professional qualification certificates /Caste certificate the applicant should submit an affidavit from first class judicial magistrate to this effect
9. Candidates called for an interview may answer either in English and Hindi
10. All correspondence with the candidates will be done through email id and they are advised to check their email regularly the company will not be responsible for any loss of email
11. Management will not take responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss in postal transit for any application or communication
12. Applicants must superscribe the post and grade applied on the envelope while sending the advance copy of the application
13. CIL is offering DNB courses and medical executives can avail study leave as per the approved policy for pursuing higher courses
14. Depending on the requirement the company reserves the right to cancel/restrict /enlarge /curtail the recruitment process without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof
15. Any amendment/modifications relating to this recruitment will  be notified on the CIL website only legal jurisdiction will be in Kolkata only
