General instructions:

1. The candidates must read the rules and regulations carefully
2. An incomplete application form shall not be accepted
3. Since the application are online the information submitted by the candidates shall be presumed to be right for entrance in the exam  but if the candidate is selected he/she shall be considered for appointment only when he/she submits all the required original documents to the concerned officer for verification
4. The will be no interview for the post of computer operator and society managers candidates will  be selected on a merit basis (written examination) for this post
5. If at any time it comes to notice that the can date did not possess the required qualification at the time of filling the application form his/her application shall be canceled at any stage of the selection process even though he /she may have been selected
6. If a candidate have submitted more than one application for any post the last application will be considered valid and fee against other registrations will be forfeited
7. Before joining as probationers the selected candidates have to  fulfill all the necessary formalities fixed by the bank
8. The probation period shall be of twelve months  but it can  be extended for a further six months and six months total probation period shall not be exceeding 24 months
9. For an appointment, the selected candidates before joining duty shall complete the necessary formalities decided by the bank which includes the candidate’s medical test police verification personal guarantee, and financial fidelity as decided by the bank
10. Since the application is being sought online and no other documents have been sought at the time of application the candidates have to ensure that they possess all the qualifications for the post applied for  the candidate shall appear in the exam at his/her own responsibility and he/she does not possess any  right to selection
11. Fee once paid shall not be refunded
12. No syllabus is issued for the examination shall be conducted for the subjects mentioned above
13. For any litigation, the area of jurisdiction shall be Bhopal only
14. Candidates shall not be allowed to appear in the online examination without a call letter and documents mentioned on it
15. Candidates reporting late .e. after the reporting time specified n the call letter for the examination will not be permitted to take the examination the reporting time mentioned n the call letter will be prior to the start time of the start time if the test
16. The possibility of the occurrence of some problem in conducting the examination cannot be ruled out completely which may impact test delivery and/ or result from being generated in that even every effort will be made to rectify the problem which may include shifting the candidates to the other centers or to conduct another examination if considered necessary decision of MPSCb in this regard shall be final 
17. The decision of MPSCB in all matters relating to recruitment will be final and binding on candidate No. correspondence or personal inquiries shall be entertained by  MPSCB on this behalf
18. If the examination is helpful in more than one selection the scores across various sessions will be equated to adjust for slight differences in the difficulty level of different test batteries used across session
19. No family member of the Board of Directors can app in the same DCCB in which he/ she is the director
20. The merit of the candidates applying for the post of computer operator /Society manager will be decided on the basis of total marks obtained in the written examination merit list of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of the total vacant post plus 50 percent of the vacant post as per merit as waiting list validity of such waiting list will be one year from the date on the basis of seniority of age
21. IBPA would be analyzing the responses (answers) of individual candidates with those of other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers if in the analytical procedure adopted by MPSCB  in this regard 
22. Instances for providing incorrect information and /or process violation by a candidate detected at any stage of the selection process will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the selection process and he/she will not be allowed to appear in any recruitment process organized by MPSCB in the future if such instance go undetected during the current selection process but are detected subsequently 
23. Candidate shall  be paid a minimum salary as per the pay scale prevailing in the selected DCCB
