General  Instructions:

1. NBEMS reserves the right to alter the number of vacancies modify the examination process and fix the minimum cut-off marks without assigning any reasons thereof vacancies calculated and indicated in the advertisement are subject to change instructions are to be complied with strictly by candidates in the examination
2. NBEMS decision shall be final in all matters relating to eligibility acceptance or rejection of the applications penalty for false information mode of examination process allotment of examination center selection and allotment of posts
3. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that the candidates don’t fulfill the eligibility norms and or that they have suppressed twisted or truncated material facts their  candidature shall stand canceled without  giving any reasons and notice to the  candidates
4. The character of a person for direct recruitment to the service must be such as to rend him/her suitable in all respects for appointment to the service persons dismissed  by the union government or by a state government or by a local authority or a government corporation owned or controlled 
5. No person shall  be required to the establishment unless he/she is in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect that interferes with the efficient performance of his official suite
6. No recommendation for selection either written or oral other than those required will be taken into consideration any attempt on the part of a candidate to enlist support directly or indirectly for his candidature by other means will disqualify him for appointment
7. the candidates are required to fill in the online application form with correct and complete information carefully if any incomplete or false information is given the the candidates will be responsible for the same and on the  basis of false and incomplete information the application form shall  be rejected at any stage of the selection in without giving any reason notice 
8. All the candidates who are already employed in central /state government public sector undertaking service or in any central /state government should submit an online application n and shall have to produce  NOC at the time of interview/document verification or whenever required failing which his/her candidature shall  be canceled for further recruitment process
9. A male candidate who has more than one wife living or a female candidate who has married a person having a wife living shall not be eligible  for recruitment to the establishment provided that the appointing g authority may if satisfied that there are any special grounds for doing so exempt an person
10. The candidates shall produce certificates issued by a competent authority in support of claiming reservation category and caste on preserved proforma as per the government of India the candidates  belonging 
11. Information uploaded on the website shall not be provided to the candidates
12. It is to be noted that if a candidate has been allowed to appear in the test it does not imply that the candidate’s eligibility has been verified it  does not vest any right with candidates for appointment
13. Furnishing of false wrong or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation n of the test result forfeiture of the certificates and even prosecution in appropriate cases
14. Marks scored by all the candidates who appeared in the recruitment examination along with category-wide sub category wise cut off marks shall be uploaded on the official website
15. Mobile phones pagers Bluetooth or any other communication devised are not allowed inside  the premises where the examination is being conducted any infringement of this instruction shall entail disciplinary action including a ban from future examination
16. Canvassing in any form and use of unfair means during the examinations will disqualify the candidature of the applicant
17. Selection of the candidates shall be purely on a basis in transparent Beware of touts who promise to get selected candidates on illegal consideration

Important instructions for the candidates

1. Candidates admission in an examination is purely provisional
2. The candidates must retain his/her conformation page for record and future reference
3. The candidates should mention their own mobile number and valid e-mail ID while submitting their online application as the examination
4. The application will be accepted only when the fee is deposited in the bank up to the perceived last date for fee submission if the fee is deposited in the bank after the prescribed last date for fee submission
5. No hard copies of certificates/mark sheets are required to be submitted along with online application forms candidates shall have to produce all required documents 
6. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each category of post
7. Candidates will have to apply on the prescribed application form and have to pay the fee as  given in the examination fee table
8. The confirmation page is not required to be sent however candidates must keep print out of the confirmation page online application form 
9. In case of multiple applications for a particular post submitted by the candidates, the last application is correct in all respects shall be accepted, and the fee deposited with be forfeited
10. Candidates appearing in the examination shall not be entitled to any TA/DA
11. NBEMS shall  not be responsible for any loss or injury caused to the candidates in the course of appearing in the examination
12. Candidates should mention/her name father’s name and date of Birth in the application form as per the  high school examination certificates or equivalent examination
13. The venture date and time of the examination test along with the Roll number will be intimated  through E -Adimt cards
14. The candidates are required to go through the general instructions ‘, Important instructions’, important notes’ and how to apply ‘ etc. before filling out the online application
15. The candidates applying for  the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination their admission at all the states of the examination will be purely provisional subject
