Selection process:

1. The mode of selection for eligible applicants for the post will be through interviews further mode of selection eligible applicants for the post of Jr. manager 
2. In case two or more candidates in the same discipline have secured equal marks in the online test (CBT) / written test and the ratio of 1:3 increasing in such case all those candidates who secreted equal marks in that discipline will be called for an interview irrespective of the above ratio
3. Languages for the online test (CBT) written test if conducted will  be in Hind and English which will consist of objective type multiple questions NMDC reserves the right to cancel/withdraw any question/questions from the online test (CBT) /written test if required under any circumstances

General Conditions:

1. The date of birth, as well as the names of the applicant, will invariably be taken from matriculation /10th class certificates issued by the recognized board and no other proof of date of birth and name shall be accepted
2. The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility for educational qualification age and experience etc. will  be the last date for submitting an online application as mentioned at the point 
3. The prescribed minimum educational qualifications are mandatory and in absence of the same any higher qualification even if possessed by the  candidates does not make any candidates eligible to be  called for an interview /online test (CBT) written test
4. NMDC management reserves the right to alter./fix the criteria for calling the candidates for an interview /online test (CBT) written test on the basis of qualification experience if any etc depending upon the number of applications received
5. During the recruitment process if any information provided by the candidates is found incorrect/incomplete or it is not in conformity with eligibility criteria as specified in the notification for the above post or if it is found that the candidate has concealed/distorted any material information his/her candidature will  be canceled at any stage during the recruitment process or even after selection
6. In case of any typographical errors or omissions, clarification corrigendum to the notification shall be issued on the NMDC website only in such cases the last date of receipt of applications will  also be extended  generally no modification is notified 
7. The selected candidates will be posted in any of the mines its/offers of NMDC Ltd. as per requirement at any stage during the service of the candidates in NMDC Ltd and they may  be assigned jobs/functions/assignments as per the business requirement of the company
8. At the time of attending before the online test (CBT) written test /interview candidates are required to submit a duly filled-in traveling allowanced form along with its required traveling ticket in the original for its reimbursement to the candidates as per the eligibility, however, the said traveling allowance will be paid through e -payment by NMDC in due course
9. Where in any recruitment year any vacancy earmarked for the EWS category cannot be filled up due to the non-availability of suitable candidates belonging to EWS such vacancies for that particular recruitment year shall not be carried forward to the next recruitment year as backlog and the vacancy will be filed by other than EWS candidates
10. If the SC/ST/OBC(NCL) /EWS/PwBD certificate has been issued in a language other than English/Hindi the candidates will  be required to submit a self-certificate translated copy of the same either in English or Hindi
11. Ex-serving is a requirement to produce an equivalence certificate of his/her qualification acquired by them issued by the competent authority at the time of the interview in absence of the above candidates shall not be allowed to appear in the interview
12. The term department c candidates mean only those candidates who are currently working with NMDC as permanent employees
13. Where the poss specified in this notification is not reserved for a category reserved category candidate can also apply provided he /she fulfills the  criteria specified for the unreserved category he/she shall be treated at oar with unreserved category candidates in the selection process
14. Depending upon the suitability of the candidates the selected candidates will  be offered the post of junior manager /AGM and they will  be paid emoluments as mentioned in the notification
15. Apart from pt and allowance their benefits via PRP, HRA, CPF gratuity medical facilities group insurance, etc., as per rules, s will also be admissible
16. No interim correspondence will be entertained on any account during the recruitment process canvassing in any form will  be treated as disqualification
17. Only such PwBD category candidates would be eligible to get the applicable benefit of reservation/concessions whose relevant disability percentage is 40$ and above
18. candidates should retain a printed copy of their application form as they can  be asked to produce it for future reference
19. In the case of dirty English and Hindi versions of the advertisement English version will prevail
20. No request for a change of Examination center in case an online test (CBT) written test will  be entertained
21. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply
22. The Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Hyderabad
23. The following activities will be displayed on the NMDC website from time to time
