Selection process:

1. The selection methodology will comprise written tests and personal interviews the management reserves the right to modify or delete any test as the case may be to the selection process
2. The candidates will be called for further selection process in the ratio 1.5 candidates as per the reservation of posts based on the marks scored in the written test
3. The minimum percentage of marks required for candidates in written tests in order to qualify for an interview is under
4. Securing the abo ve specific ced percentage of marks does not warrant shortlisting for personal interview as the candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio 1.5 based on the written test marks
5. The final merit list of candidates shall be prepared by giving weightage t  to weightage to written test marks and marks obtained by the candidates 

General information instructions:

1. No other qualification other than those expressly mentioned in the qualification criteria would be accepted
2. The call letter for the written test group discussion 
3. While filling online application all candidates must upload their photograph signature
4. Candidates should comply with additional instructions from MRPL if any
5. No correspondence will be entertained about the outcome of the application at any stage
6. Issue of call letter for written test group p discussion  personal interview does not confer any right of acceptance ce of candidature and should not be constructed as an acknowledgment of filling 
7. The job location and initial place of posting departments for the selected candidates will be fixed based on the requirement of MRPL employees are liable to be transferred to any place in India or abroad within the same organization on
8. Candidates selected will be placed at different selection departments as per the requirement of the company if required the candidates need to work the shifts including the right shifts
9. The decision of MRPL in all matters relating to the conducted of written t est group discussion and personal interviews and preparation of the merit list will be final and binding on the candidates and no inquiry
10. PwBD candidates will be considered after taking into account the nature of duties and responsibilities of the job location
