Candidates should have completed post-graduation from a recognized university/institution with a valid AVSEC instructor certificate 

Experience: candidates should have a minimum of 12 (twelve) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in equivalent IDA scale /CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility /CTC (Rs. 15,26,400/- per month PF and Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organization working experience in aviation industry preferably in MRO will be given preference 

General Conditions:

  1. Only Indian National are eligible to apply
  2. However, applications from SPO qualification foreign nationals (Expat pilots) holding a current and valid license and adequated flying experience on AS-350B3, Bell-407, and Bell-29Bl4 helicopters may also apply
  3. In addition, qualified licensed Indian /Expat pilots holding endorsement and adequate flying experience on Sikorsky S-76D and S-76C ++ helicopters may also directives 
  4. Reservation and age relaxation will be as per the government of India directives 
  5. The Pawan Hans Limited management reserves the right 
  6. to call only those candidates who according to its decision rank high interims of eligibility criteria among the applications received and mere eligibility/ submission of application will not entitle any candidates to being called for interview
  7. to restrict the number of applicants for interviews depending on the level of response for each post
  8. to reject any application cancel the posts or candidature without assigning any reasons thereof
  9. to relax age/experience/qualification and other qualifying criteria of deserving large and reputed organization based on turnover or any other parameter as deemed fit 
  10. Post qualification executive experience will only be considered
  11. Teaching experience and training period (induction) will not be considered
  12. Candidates applying for more than one post should submit a separate application for each post failing which the application will be considered only for the first post indicated in the application
