- The number of posts is subject to increase or decrease as per the decision of the Punjab state AIDS control society the maximum age limit for the post of the medical officer is 65 years and of other posts is 60 years
- The posts are purely contractual and temporary for one year extendable on the basis of work performance and conduct
- The reservation policy of the Punjab govt will be followed in the recruitment of the above post

- Shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for document verification original certificates/testimonials will be checked at the time of document verification
- There will be computer typing 9englsih) (30 wpm) and a computer knowledge test (50% marks) as a qualifying center for all posts for eligible candidates except for the post of medical officer
- Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi up to attest standard if not passed candidates must submit an undertaking to pass Punjabi subject within 6 months of joining
- Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for documents verification
