General Conditions: Instruction/ Information:

1. The service of the appointed candidates/person will  be governed under the cantonment board employees’ service
2. If the candidate is applying for more than one post then he/she has to send a separate application for each post
3. Qualification acquired by the candidates should be strictly in accordance with the prescribed qualification and the candidates should not seek to claim the equivalent of their qualification with that of the prescribed qualification
4. No request for change of any entries or part originally indicated in the application form shall be entertained
5. The candidates should mention a valid email ID and a working mobile number application form the candidates are advised not to change the email ID or mobile number during the process of recruitment they are also advised not to give the email id/mobile number of any unknown person to avoid any complications
6. The candidates shall  be held responsible for the correctness of all information given by  him/her and in case of any information/documents are found to be incorrect at a later stage  action shall be taken against the candidates including dismissal from service
7. No correspondence in regard to the appointment will be entertained
8. No representation on any  ground for non-appearance for the test etc. by the candidates will  be entertained and his/her candidature will not be considered in such an eventually
9. Persons already employed should send applications through the proper channel
10. The candidates should not  have been convicted  by a court of law
11. Incomplete applications without relevant documents and signatures and applications received after the due date shall be summarily rejected
12. TA/DA will not be admissible for attending tests etc., as the case may be
13. The candidates will  have to make their own arrangements for their stay etc./
14. The number of vacancies /posts may vary as per administrative exigencies/approvals
15. Mobile phones/pagers/ Bluetooth devices/smart watches etc. are strictly prohibited at the time of test
16. The candidates should not that their admission to the examination will e purely provisional  based on the information given  by candidates in their application this will  be subject to all the eligibilities candidates by the recruiting authority
17. The  change executive officer/board reserves the right to recruiting processing in full or part without assigning any reason whatsoever
18. The decision for appointing authority i.e. chief executive officer/board would  be final with regard to all matters connected with the recruitment
19. Candidates will not take any benefits from typographical errors in advertisements
20. The appointing authority reserves the right to postpone/cancel/suspend/ terminated the recruitment process without any prior notice
21. If there are two or more candidates in the same category having equal marks in the examination/interview/personality test etc., the candidates older in age will get a preference
22. The appointing authority shall draw a reserve panel/waiting list in addition to the number of candidates selected as per the notified vacancies the reserves panel
23. All the applicants/ candidates are required to be present well in advance time on the date and  venue before the commencement of the written examination/interview/personality test/skill test any delay in presence will e marked as absent
