- The start date for submission of applications with all relevant documents is from 4-June-2022 to 10- June -2022
- The last draw for submission of application is 10-June-202 by 5.00 pm in the O/o DM/HO, Kurnool
- The following documents should be submitted along with the application
- In the case of a Physically challenged person laser certificate issued by the medical board
- In the case of Ex-servicemen relevant certificate issued by the competent authority shall be enclosed
- Certificate of AP Nursing council registration certification for staff nurse post/ AP Para medical board registration certificate for LAb Tech. Gr. II post
- GNM / B.Sc (Nursing) pass certificate in case of staff Nurse post
- Mark list of all years as per the qualification for the applied posts
Other instructions:
- The candidates belonging to BC, SC, ST, or other states are not entitled to reservations
- The General Rules 22 of special representation shall apply to the appointment of these posts subject to various provisions in the relevant service rules except in the case of Physically handicapped persons
- The reservation to women will apply as per general rule
