The basic guideline for application for all the posts:
- Date of walk-in interview for the post of medical officer specialist medical office staff nurse and community health assistant
- Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete/ missing required documents will be treated as canceled
- The essential criterion mentioned in ToR is mandatory
- The percentage of marks will be calculated on the basis of 2 decimal points
- Upper age relaxation will be given as per government norms
- In the case of experience certificates, the duration of experience must b clearly mentioned experience certificates must consist of the name of the organization name of the post employer name date of joining and period of service, and signature of the authority otherwise the experience certificates will be treated as invalid engagement letter pay slip or any other will not be treated as experience certificates
- One candidate may apply for multiple posts
- Failure to submit / mismatch of documents/ providing false information of any required documents is liable to cancellation of candidature
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for the same
- The competent authorities may cancel the recruitment process at any stage of the selection process
- The decision of district level selection committee is final
