1. Engineer (IT) on a fixed-term basis job 5 posts

THDC Recruitment 2023 for Engineer (IT) on a fixed-term basis

Selection process:

1. The selection of candidates will be on the basis of academic records experience and performance in the interview
2. Personal interviews will be conducted for all eligible candidates
3. Eligible candidates shall be shortlisted category-wise for a personal interview
4. Candidates will be shortlisted as per the Ratio of 1:5
5. However, if the number of eligible applicants to the number of vacancies for the post is in excess of the ratio of 1:5 the number of candidates will be restricted to personal interviews on the basis of academic records and experience

Terms and Conditions:

1. The engagement is purely on fixed term basis full time tenure will commence from the date of joining you will have to sign a contract with THDCIL and will be governed by the terms and conditions of employment as mentioned in the contract 
2. Your fixed-term engagement at THDCIL will be regulated by THDCIL CDA rules and other administrative rules/ orders that may be in force from time to time
3. Your engagement is subject to verification of character and antecedents/ and caste certificates and in  case of any false claim made your engagement  will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and prejudice to such actions as may be taken under the provision of the Indian penal code for the production of false certificates
4. You shall be required to work on a full-time basis and look after all job assignments as an engineer (IT) No private work/practice shall be allowed during the period of engagement on a fixed-term basis in THDCIL
5. You will not have any right to claim regular appointment in THDCIL by virtue of your working on contractual 
6. You will be a consolidated monthly honorarium
7. In addition to consolidated honorarium special allowance shall be payable location-wise as applicable at the place of posting
8. you will  be paid conveyance reimbursement for using the vehicle for official purposes on the basis of a certificate
9. On successful; completion of a continuous one-year period of service in the event of an extension 
10. You will be entitled to actual medical benefits for yourself and your spouse and 2 dependent children
11. TA/DA along with lodging and boarding charges shall be payable in case of an outstation official journey as per the rules
12. You will  be provided accommodation at the place of posting as per the existing course allotment rules of the corporation in case accommodation
13. The benefit under the group personal accident insurance scheme shall be extended as per company rules
14. Relocation transfer benefits joining experience will be reimbursed if applicable as per rules
15. Refreshment and health supplement reimbursement for the night shift 
16. The tenure can be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice in writing subject to fulfilling terms and conditions of the service agreement bond

General information and instructions:

1. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply
2. The candidates should ensure that he/she fulfill the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in this advertisement if a candidate is shortlisted based on the information given by him/her and do not fulfill the same
3. All qualifications should be from an Indian university/ institute recognized by AIChE’s appropriate statutory authority
4. All degrees/diplomas should be from a recognized Indian university
5. Training apprenticeship teaching period will not be counted as experience
6. While applying for the post the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects in case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and or that he/she furnished any incorrect false information or has suppressed any materials
7. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidates
8. Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category should necessarily furnish valid
9. The total number of vacancies indicated above may increase/ decrease at the discretion of THCIL management
10. Format prescribed for furnishing certificates for SC/ST OBC EWS and PwBDS 
11. The closing date for receipt application will be treated as the date reckoning for the SC/ST/OBC /EWS/PwBDs status of the candidates and the candidates should be in possession of necessary certificates as of this date
12. In case caste/category certificates is issued in a language other than Hindi or English candidates are advised to produce a certificate translation the same in either Hindi or English language at the time of documents verification
13. The upper age limit shall also be relaxed by 5 years for candidates belonging to THDCIL project affecting families

15. Application from candidates employed in the central state government and public sector undertaking will have to be forwarded through proper channels however applications not submitted through proper channels may be processed on the basis of copy but in such cases
16. Candidates employed with government departments/PUSs/Autonomous bodies will be required to submit relieving letter from their current organization at the time of joining if selected for the post
17. The mere fact that the candidate has submitted an application against the advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/her the right to be definitely called for an interview
18. Any proceeding in respect of any matter of claim  or dispute arising out of this advertisement and or an application response thereto can be instituted only in Dehradun
19. In case any ambiguity/dispute arises on account of interpretation in vegetation in versions other than English the English version will prevail
