General Provision:
- The applicants compulsorily fill up all relevant columns of applications and submit an application online only the particulars made available on the website shall be processed by computer and the eligibility decided in terms of notification
- The applications will be received online in the prescribed proforma available on the website for a stipulated period of time and the board will not be held responsible for any kind of discrepancy
- Applicant must upload his/her own scanned photo and signature in jpg format
- The applicant shall not furnish any particulars that are falsely tampered fabricated or suppress any material information while submitting applications online
- All essential certificates issued by the completed authority of Telangana State shall compulsorily be kept with the applicants to produce as and when required to do so failure to produce the required certificates on the day of verification will lead to disqualification for further exams as well
Selection process:
- The applicants will be subjected to a written examination and candidates shall be called in the order of merit for demonstration in the perspective categories duly following
- There will be a penalty for wrong answers made in the objective tests of paper for each question for which a wrong answer is given by the candidate’s one-fourth of the mars
- Marks secured on paper and marks obtained in the demonstration will be counted for preparation of the final Merit list
- The candidates will be selected and allotted to the residential educational institutions society in Telangana state as per the option exercised according to their rank in the merit list and as per zonal preference
- The appearance of a paper in the written examination and demonstration as per rules is compulsory
- Candidates have to produce original documents and other particulars on the day of verification itself if candidates fail to produce any of the required certificates and if the particulars furnished by him/her in the application do not tally with the original documents produced by him/her then his/her candidature will be rejected disqualified without any further correspondence
- While the board calls for preference of candidates in respect of posts
- The candidates will be selected and allotted to Zone as per their merit and order of preference against the vacancies available
- The selection of candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the appropriate medical examination and if he/she is of sound health and active habits free from any bodily defect or infirmity
